My small, cozy and quiet 1-room studio flat near the corner of Ebertystrasse and Landsberger Allee is available from the start of July or earlier (as in: your can move in right now). Anmeldung is possible.
Rent is €635 warm.
Kaution is €900.
Perfect for someone who finds living with flatmates in WGs too stressful. Unfortunately, it's not really suitable for two persons as there's not enough space to comfortably place a second bed and still be able to walk around freely.
Btw, there is now also a wardrobe in the flat (not pictured in the photos).

WARNING: THERE IS NO WASHING MACHINE.
The one problem with this flat is that there is no washing machine (and no suitable space to install one). You will have to go to the Wash Box on Boxhagener Str (within biking distance or 2 tram stops). If you feel that's a problem for you, please skip this ad. Also, currently there is no internet in the flat, but there is a WiFi hotspot you can use until you get proper connection from a company or from a helpful neighbor. When I lived there I always asked a neighbor if they wanted to split their monthly internet fee with me and it usually worked (I never had to sign up for a WLAN contract, but the cables are already there if you prefer to sign up for WLAN).
