Ich suche kurzfristig jemanden zur Untermiete vom 04.07. - 30.09. für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Berlin-Steglitz, vorzugsweise ein Mädel zwischen 20 und 25.
Die Wohnung ist 36qm groß, hat einen Balkon und ist möbliert. Das Bad hat ein Tageslichtfenster und eine Dusch-Wanne. Die Küche ist ebenfalls voll ausgestattet. Durch die Fenster und hohe Decke ist die Wohnung sehr hell und freundlich.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Lankwitz, einem Stadtteil von Steglitz.
Lankwitz ist als Stadtteil relativ ruhig und grün, direkt neben dem Haus gibt es einen großen Park.
Bis zur nächsten Busstation sind es etwa 5 min Fußweg, bis zur S-Bahn (S-Lankwitz) etwa 10. Um in die Innenstadt zu fahren (z.B. Potsdamer Platz) braucht man etwa 20 min. Zur FU fährt ein Direktbus, dafür braucht man etwa 25 min.
Der nächste Supermarkt ist etwa 3 min zu Fuß entfernt, die nächste Drogerie etwa 7 min.
