ich vermiete meine Wohnung für mind. 7 Monate unter (mit Option auf Verlängerung!!) und suche eine*n ruhige*n und ordentliche*n Mieter*in :)
Es handelt sich um eine gemütliche 1-Raum-Wohnung mit einem großen hellen Zimmer, kleiner Küche und Bad mit Badewanne und einem sonnigen Balkon; die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, dass heißt Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, Tisch, Sesselstühle und Küchenutensilien.
Die Wohnung hat eine unglaublich tolle Lage, zwei Minuten Fußweg zum Ku'damm entfernt, sehr ruhige und grüne Straße, U-Bahn (U7) und Busse sind auch nur 6 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bieten sich bei REWE und in Bioläden, es gibt Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe, sowie Erholungsmöglichkeiten in kleinen Parks (Preußenpark /Olivaer Platz).
Mir ist es wichtig, dass in der Wohnung keine Partys/ laute Musik stattfindet.
