Cute Boudoir Studio available for 2 weeks

I am renting out my pretty little boudoir home studio for 2 weeks while I am on holiday.
Maybe this is the perfect opportunity for your holiday in the city :)

What awaits you:
Cute studio flat of 40 m, bathroom with bathtub, little kitchen
Wifi, elevator 3rd floor, washing machine, 160 Double bed.

All that for 400€ plus a deposit of 300€.
It is available from the 31st of May until the 14th of June.
Days are only flexible +/-1 so I can organise for a friend to do the handover .
Otherwise it’s only these days as it is my Berlin home :)

It’s situated central in the chic heart of the old West-Berlin , close to Savigny Platz where you can find many beautiful cafés , cinémas , bar and restaurants.
Very close bye, like not a minute in walking distance is the S Bahn Stop Savignyplatz from where you can get anywhere in central Berlin basically in a heart beat- 30min to Friedrichshain on the other hand of town,
So it’s really easy to get around.
Close-by it is very practical , you find a supermarket, pharmacies and everything you need in walking distance
on the shopping-street ' Wilmersdorfer Str' , less than 10min bei foot away and even an asian supermarket close bye as well.

Looking for a responsible person. I know Berlin is party capital but please don’t take the party home :)
I do have a cat, which won’t be there of course ( sorry i know he's very cute ;)) but if you allergic to pet hairs keep this in mind.
The place will be thoroughly cleaned and I will provide fresh new bedcovers and sheets ,I want you to feel perfectly comfortable here.

Nochmal auf Deutsch :)

Vermiete meine niedliche, super zentral gelegene Berliner Wohnung im Herzen West-Berlins für 2 Wochen Anfang Juni!

Für 500€ all. incl. und eine Kaution von 300€ steht euch mein 40qm Studio
vom 31.05.2019 bis zum 14.06.2019 zur Verfügung. Ich kann da nur +/- 1 Tag flexibel sein, da dies mein Berliner Zuhause ist.
Es gibt ein schönes Doppelbett, also eignet sich die Wohnung am besten für 1 Person oder ein Pärchen.

Es gibt eine Badewanne, Waschmaschine und High-Speed Internet.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. OG mit Aufzug und der S-Bahnhof Savignyplatz ist nur ein paar Meter weit vom Haus entfernt. Von dort kommt ihr überall in die City in ein paar Minuten!

Wenn ihr den glamourösen Berliner Westen erkunden wollt seid ihr hier im Kiez genau richtig. Am Savignyplatz gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Baras und Cafés und in Laufweite gibt es das wunderschöne Kino Delphi und noch bestimmt 5 weitere Kinos in Laufnähe! Zum berühmten Kaufhause KaDeWe kommt ihr auch in ein paar Minuten.
Auf der Kantstraße gibt es zahlreiche vor allen Dingen asiatische Restaurants, aber auch die alte Berliner Institution, das "Schwarze Café " was 24Std geöffnet ist und eines meiner Lieblinge der Stadt ist.

Da Ich eine Katze habe , die natürlich zu der Zeit wo ich im Urlaub bin woanders residieren wird
( Sorry, ich weiß er ist sehr niedlich ;) ) möchte Ich eventuelle Allergiker darauf hinweisen, dass selbst nach gründlichster Reinigung vl mal irgendwo ein Haar zu sehen sein kann. Aber ich werde mir Mühe damit Du dich hier richtig wohl fühlst und es blitzeblank ist.
Es wird frisches Bettzeug und natürlich frische Bettwäsche geben .

Ich weiß Berlin ist die Party Metropole Europas , aber bringe die Party bitte nicht mit nach Hause un behandele meine 4 Wände mit Respekt.
