Einzelwohnung, Top Lage, Zwischenmiete, Unmöbliert

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Top-Lage direkt am Savignyplatz im Hinterhaus. In 2 Minuten bist du an der S-Bahn Haltestelle, wobei die Wohnung ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen ist. Da mein Vermieter überlegt die Wohnung umzubauen kann ich keinen Nachmieter reinkriegen, habe aber schon eine neue Wohnung für ab 01.01.. Daher vermiete ich sei bis Ende Februar unter.

## Wichtig:
- Die Wohnung ist unmöbliert, hat kein Internet (habe ich bereits gekündigt) und keinen Waschmaschinenanschluss!

Ansonsten ist die Wohnung super für eine einzelne Person, hat eine Küche in der man wunderbar Kochen kann und eine Zwischengezogene Decke wo man eine Matratze hinlegen kann. Ich selber habe mit 1.93 keine Probleme mit der Höhe.

Therefore, I'm subletting it until the end of February. ## Important: - The apartment is unfurnished, has no internet (I've already cancelled it) and no washing machine connection! ## Otherwise, the apartment is great for a single person, has a kitchen where you can cook wonderfully and a mezzanine ceiling where you can put a mattress. I myself, being 1.93m tall, have no problems with the height.
