Hi everybody
I am leaving my nice and sunny 1-room apartment with balcony. It’s situated in a quiet street right next to the stops Kaiserdamm (U2) and Messe-Nord/ICC (Ring). There are many supermarkets close by (Kaiser’s, Biomarket, Liedl within 5 minutes walk) and parks (5 minutes to Lietzensee and 15 to the castle Charlottenburg).
The rent is
410 € (including warm water and heating)
then 25 € more for both electricity and gas (for cooking)
I am also selling my furniture: 2-person bed with mattress and 2 night tables, sofa, desk, coffee table, chairs, etc.
