Die Miete des möblierten Apartments beträgt 450 EUR/Monat und beinhaltet die Nutzung des Internets, Kabel Tv, Waschmaschine, Heizung, STrom, Telefon, alle Küchenutensilien ( Mikrowelle, Herd etc. vorhanden).
zentrale Lage, der Kurfürstendamm ist 5min entfernt.es befindet sich die Metro-Linie U9/U3 direkt vor der Haustür.
Ich suche eine/n ordentlich und verantwortungsbewusste/n Zwischenmieter/in,der mit der Wohnung gut umgeht. Aus diesem Grund ist eine Kaution von 300 Eur Pflicht.
