Hallo. Ich möchte meine Wohnung für ein paar Monate zur Untermiete abgeben.
Die Wohnung ist recht klein und gemütlich. Dafür hat sie ihre Umstände: Die Badewanne/Dusche befindet sich in der Küche, nur das WC hat ein Zimmer für sich.
Es gibt einen großen Dachboden, der aber sehr verstellt von Möbeln und Unnötigkeiten meiner Vorgänger ist. Zum abstellen und vielleicht auch arbeiten ist er gerade gut.
Wenn man sich nichts aus Badezimmer-Luxus macht, kann man sich an ihr freuen.
