Da ich im Oktober für ein paar Monate ins Ausland gehe, vermiete ich meine gemütliche Einraumwohnung in Charlottenburg. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock (es gibt einen Fahrstuhl). Dank der Lage zur südlichen Seite, ist die Wohnung fast den ganzen Tag sonnig.
Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert (Single-Bett, Sofa + 2 Sessel, Schreibtisch, Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen, Schrank, Regale, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank und alles Mögliche was man eben in der Küche braucht ;) ) Die Wohnung verfügt über einen sehr schönen, großen Balkon.
Dank der zentralen Lage gibt es hier sehr gute Verkehrsverbindungen in alle Ecken Berlins und nach Potsdam. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist U2 (Deutsche Oper) +U7( Bismarckstrasse), sowohl S Bahn und Regionalbahn Charlottenburg. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet die Wilmersdorfer Str. oder der Kudamm (in 5 Min Entfernung). Direkt gegenüber gibt’s Kaisers, der immer bis 24 Uhr auf hat was ganz praktisch ist ;)
Der Komplettpreis von 550 Euro beinhaltet sämtliche Kosten inkl. Strom, Gas, Heizung, Telefon und Internetflatrate. Da ich die Wohnung komplett möbliert überlasse, ist eine Kaution von 500 € vor Mietbeginn zu hinterlegen.

Because of my exchange semester I have to rent my lovely and sunny apartment in Berlin- Charlottenburg, close to U-Bahn station “Deutsche Oper” with good connection to the city center. The apartment is completely furnished (single-bed, sofa, wardrobe, table and chairs, TV). Bathroom and kitchen are also equipped with everything you could need.
