This furnished apartment is bright, cozy, fully-equipped and perfectly fits the needs of a couple.
It is located in the central district of Berlin Charlottenburg, just 5-minutes-walking-distance to the famous Castle Charlottenburg and its beautiful public park (as well as to the river Spree).
There are windows in every room and the quiet building is surrounded by many green areas.
Nearby you can find 2 metro stations (for U- and S-trains), an exit of the Autobahn, banks, a LIDL supermarket and a few small shops open around-the-clock (Späti).
The biggest room is furnished with a double bed, an armchair, a wardrobe and a desk; in the cozy kitchen there's a table with 4 chairs and a comfortable sofa, which can be turned into a guest-bed. The bathroom offers daylight and a regular tub. In the entrance there's a shoe-rack, a coat hanger and a utility space above (often used for suitcases). A cellar is available, and can be used to store private stuff and bicycles, since it is very easy to access.
The equipment consists of: wireless internet (flatrate), flat-screen TV, washing machine, gas stove and connected oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, mocha-coffee maker, water kettle + a few other common items like: dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, hair dryer, flat iron, ironing board, drying rack, etc.

The monthly rent includes all utilities' costs and taxes for electricity, heating, water, waste and internet.
A safe deposit of 1800€ must be paid at the beginning of the stay and will be returned only a few days after the end of the contract.
The cost of the final cleaning amounts to 90,-€.
