Hallo ihr Lieben,
Bestimmt kennt ihr ja auch selbst: man studiert, muss für paar Monate weg und dann kommt das große Problem was mit der Wohnung passiert. Also, das Apartment, das ich hier anbiete, ist möbiliert, d.h. Bed, Sofa, TV, Mikrowelle, Garderobe, Screibtisch, etc. Hat eigene kleine Küche und eigenes Bad.
Es ist sehr ruhig und nur 5 Min. entfernt ist Schloß Charlottenburg und deren Park. Es ist auch sehr nah an öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gelegen: 1 Min. von Bus nach S-Bahnhof Charlottenburg, jeweils 5 Min. von Buss nach S/U-Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten oder S-Bahnhof Westend. Gute "studentische" Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Post ist aber 10 Min. entfernt.
Fragen und Besichtigungen jederzeit gerne. Wenn ich nicht erreichbar bin (wegen Uni/Arbeit etc.), einfach eine Email/Nachricht auf Mailbox hinterlassen. Ich würde schon gerne jemanden für den ganzen Zeitraum nehmen, bitte nur dann melden, wenn ihr es wirklich vor habt, für diesen 3 Monate (Juli bis Oktober) das Apartment zu nehmen.
