Ich vermiete meine Wohnung während einer studienbedingten Abwesenheit unter. DA ES UM EIN STUDENTENWOHNHEIM GEHT, DARF ICH DIE WOHNUNG NUR AN EINGESCHRIEBENE STUDENTEN UNTERVERMIETEN! Alles andere akzeptiert die Verwaltung nicht. Seht bitte von Anfragen ab, wenn das nicht auf euch zutrifft, ich kann daran wirklich nichts ändern.

Die Wohnung ist nicht möbliert, aber ich kann auf Absprache ein paar Dinge des täglichen Gebrauchs hinterlassen. Eine Küchenzeile mit Kochplatten und Kühlschrank ist in die Wohnung integriert. Internet ist in den Nebenkosten enthalten. Der Rest dieses Postens ist der Rundfunkbeitrag. Der schöne Garten kann zum Grillen, Beachvolleyball spielen oder einfach zum Entspannen genutzt werden. Fahrräder können im Keller sicher untergestellt werden und eine Waschbar ist im Nebenhaus verfügbar.

Die Wohnung ist 10min von der Ringbahnstation Westend entfernt, der Bus M45 ist in ca 3 min zu erreichen. Die Lage ist ruhig und angenehm grün. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Als Jogging- und Freizeitmöglichkeit bietet sich der Park vom Schloss Charlottenburg an. Im Haus wohnen ausschließlich Studenten und man findet bei einem Bistroabend in der Studierbar schnell Anschluss, wenn man das möchte.
