Die Obergeschosswohnung ist komplett möbliert (liegt DIREKT am U Bahn Mierendorfplatz).
Es gibt eine große Küche, die voll ausgestattet ist und ein Bad (inkl. Wannenbad).
Das Wohn/Schlafzimmer ist ca. 25 qm groß und ist mit einem Sisal Teppich ausgelegt.
Der große Balkon in Richtung Südseite ist ein Traum,
man schaut direkt auf den grünen Park und gegenüber liegende Altbaugebäude.
NUR Wasser- & Heizkosten sind in der Monatsmiete enthalten, Internet & Stromkosten sind nicht in der Miete enthalten (kann separat vereinbart werden, monatliche Kosten ca. 100€).

It has space of 46 sqm, and it is located in Charlottenburg(literally right next to U Bahn Mierendorfplatz).

It has a big bed, sofa, desk for home office or to study, laundry machine, a big kitchen with table and closets, so you save a lot of living space. The big south side balcony has a view on the nearby park.
The surrounding area is very cheap in terms of food, restaurants and and any other services.
The closest underground stations is right in front of the apartment U Bahn Mierendorfplatz,
a 2min. walk to Jungfernheide to catch trains and Ringbahn (S14/24).
ONLY water & heating costs are included in the monthly rent, please note that Internet & electricity is not included in the rent (about 100€ per month, can be arranged separately ).
