Hi guys,
I'm renting out my cosy and sweet 1-room appartment for three weeks.
There is everything you might need except for a can opener and a bath tub. I compensate with a beamer set up for watching movies and great infrastructure in terms of public transport and shopping.
It takes you about 20 - 30 minutes to kreuzberg, neukölln, wedding.
There is also like 1 or 2 english books in the shelf in case you choose to stay home.
I will ask you for a copy of your ID and to pay rent the day you move in. If you want to move in later ping me anyways, we can arrange.

Es ist alles da was man so braucht außer einem Dosenöffner und einer Badewanne. Stattdessen gibts Filme auf dem Beamer und saugute Anbindungen mit den öffentlichen und perfekte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
In 20-30 Minuten ist man wegen den guten Anbindungen fast überall in der Stadt.
Ich möchte die Miete in bar im Voraus und Kopien deiner/eurer Persos. Ihr könnt auch später als den 18. einziehen und dann anteilig bezahlen.
