Hallo,
ich bin für 2 Monate weg und suche jemanden, der für diesen Zeitraum meine Wohnung übernimmt.
Sie ist super hell und freundlich, liegt zur Südseite und sehr zentral. Es gibt einen Flur, ein Duschbad, ein Wohnzimmer mit Hochebene und eine kleine Küche im Erker. Im Wohnzimmer steht auch mein Klavier, das gern bespielt werden kann.
Die Lage ist wirklich top: der Savignyplatz ist nicht mal eine Minute entfernt, die S-Bahn (Stadtbahn) erreicht man in 4 Minuten, den KuDamm (und die U1 an der Uhlandstraße) in 7 und den Zoo in 10 Minuten.
Die Kantstraße herunter gibt es viele Restaurants, direkt im Haus ist ein sehr guter Vietnamese. In Laufweite befinden sich außerdem diverse Kinos, Cafés, Bars, Supermärkte und ein Wochenmarkt. Da die U1 so nah ist, kommt man auch ganz fix nach Kreuzberg und Friedrichshain und vom KuDamm schnell in den Wedding oder nach Steglitz.
