Hi,
die Wohnung ist in einem Top Zustand. Ein Abschlag in Höhe von 250 Euro für einen Kühlschrank und eine Küchenzeile müsste vorgenommen werden. Eine Spüle und Gasofen sind inkludiert. Kellerteil ist vorhanden. Im Flur gibt es auch noch etwas Stauraum. Ein kleiner Balkon ist ebenfalls mit dabei. Das Appartement befindet sich im 4,5 Stock, es gibt aber auch einen kleinen Aufzug. Alle anderen möglichen Informationen, die hier nicht entnommen werden können, können gerne erfragt werden. Vermieter ist Vonovia, nachdem eine Besichtigung stattgefunden hat und alles passt (standard Dokumente z.b.) gebe ich die Unterlagen weiter und empfehle als Nachmieter.

Fotos: Wohnung hauptsächlich dann ohne Möbel oder mit Übernahme bzw Abschlag.
Direkt im U-Bahn Theodor-Heuss-Platz. Hier gibt es die U2. 10 min Fußweg zur S-Bahn Station Heerstraße, sowie mehrere verschiedene Busse innerhalb von 3 min erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zu Hauf. Rewe, Aldi und netto sind keine 5 min entfernt. Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustür an der langen Heerstraße lassen sich meist einfach finden.
