Komplett ausgestattet, high-Speed Internet, alle Kosten inklusive. Ein neues Schlafsofa mit einer hochqualitativen integrierten Matratze, Bettzeug und Handtücher sind nicht vorhanden.
Es ist eine nicht-raucher Wohnung für 1 zuverlässige Person geeignet. Haustiere und Parties sind leider verboten.

The apartment is composed of a small entrance alley, with an ample integrated wardrobe, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, a large room for combined use as bedroom, and living and work room, fully equipped kitchen and a balcony.
It has a brand new sofa bed, with an integrated mattress of the best quality available on the market. Linens and towels are not available.
The apartment ist just for a single non-smoking person and pets and Party are not allowed.

El apartamento está compuesto por un pequeño pasillo de entrada, con un amplio armario integrado, baño con bañera y lavadora, un cuarto grande de uso combinado como dormitorio y sala de estar y de trabajo, cocina completamente equipada y un balcón.
Dispone de un sofá cama para estrenar, con colchón integrado de la mejor calidad disponible en el mercado. Ropa de cama y toallas no están disponibles.
El apartamento es para una sola persona, no fumadora y no están permitidas las mascotas ni las fiestas.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, gute Verkehrsanbindung an U-Bahn (Zu Fuß 2 Minuten zu U7 Richard-Wagner-Platz, 6 Minuten zu U2 Bismarkstr. und auch zu Deutsche Oper) und Bus. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (vier Supermärkte schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, darunter einen asiatischen) sehr nah an der Wilmersdorfer Straße, einer bekannten Einkaufsstraße Berlins. Zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Imbisse zu Fuß erreichbar.
Der Schlosspark Charlottenburg ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The location is very central. A two minutes walk from the Richard-Wagner-Platz Station of the U7, a six minutes walk from Bismarckstr. Station. of the U2. Good access to different bus routes.
Nearby, there are four supermarkets and amongst them, an Asian one. It is also very near to Wilmersdorfer Str. where all kinds of restaurants, and a variety of clothing shops and a Shopping center can be found.
Also, the Charlottenburg palace park is at a fifteen minute walk.

La ubicación es muy céntrica, a dos minutos a pie de la estación Richard-Wagner-Platz del U7, a 6 minutos a pie de la estación Bismarkstr. Del U2. Buen acceso a diferentes rutas de bus.
Cerca se encuentran cuatro supermercados, entre ellos uno asiático. También está muy cerca de la Wilmersdorfer Str. donde hay restaurantes de todo tipo, diversas tiendas de ropa y un Shopping-Center.
El parque del palacio de Charlottenburg está a 15 minutos caminando.
