Calm green oasis - perfect to escape the Berlin city-life when needed. If you're looking for a quiet hideaway in central Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, you will probably love my sacred space. I am looking for a someone who can keep the place neat and take care of my plants in the flat and in the yardback when I am away.

The apartment includes: high ceiling, creaking timber floor, bunk bed with 140cm mattress, a comfy couch, little homeoffice/study corner, internet, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower.

The apartment is located Between Olivaer Platz and Ubahn Konstanzer Straße (U7), near Thaipark. It’s in the backyard and you do not hear any traffic. There is parking available outside on the street as well.  Just some minutes away from amazing restaurants, cinema and bars at Kantstraße as well as public transportation and supermarkets.
