Juli Untermiete in Berlin-Friedenau

I am travelling from 5th to 23rd of July and renting my 1-room-apartment for these 2.5 weeks to a reliable, clean and non-smoking person. It's ideal for short-term stays while you're looking for another apartment or just spending a holiday in berlin. The area is a bit more quiet with some cute cafes and restaurants close by. But it is still very well connected; directly at the "Ringbahn" and U9. It would be ideal if you could water my plants for this period :).🌱
The kitchen also has a small bar table that you can't see on the picture. And of course there is a bed and also a desk, a shelf, a wardrobe, a sleepers couch etc. In total, the rent is 460 € for this period. Everything else can be discussed via private message or phone call and I can send you more pictures as well.

Ich bin vom 5. bis 23. Juli auf Reisen und vermiete für diese 2.5 Wochen meine 1-Zi-Wohnung an eine verlässliche und saubere Person (und nur Nicht-Raucher:innen bitte). Ideal für den Übergang. Die Gegend ist etwas ruhiger mit einigen süßen Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Aber es ist trotzdem super angebunden; direkt an der Ringbahn und U9. Super wär, wenn du meine Pflanzen für die Zeit gießen könntest. :)
Die Küche hat auch einen kleinen Bartisch, den man auf dem Foto nicht sieht. Und natürlich gibt es ein Bett, und auch einen Schreibtisch, ein Regal, einen Kleiderschrank, ein Schlafsofa etc. Insgesamt ist die Miete für die Zeit 460 €. Alles Weitere und mehr Fotos dann gerne per privater Nachricht oder Telefonat.
