Die Wohnung ist sehr klein, sehr kompakt, sehr billig.
Der Ausblick über Berlin ist gigantisch und bietet den Fernsehturm im Zentrum der Skyline. (10.OG ganz oben im Neubauhaus)
Herd ist vorhanden.
An den Wänden treibt lustiger selbst gemalter Panda und andere Fabelwesen ihr Unwesen, diese sind aber auch nicht schwer zu überstreichen... fände es aber schon sehr schade.
Trenne mich nur schweren Herzens von meiner "Centrale", aber es wird Zeit für etwas neues und für 2 Personen ist diese Wohnung nicht gemacht.
Internet und Fernsehen gibt es billig bei Kabel Deutschland und Strom kommt ebenfalls kostengünstig von z.B. Vattenfall.
