Die Wohnung ist vor einem Jahr saniert worden. Es ist sehr ruhig (kein Durchgangsverkehr), nur manchmal hört man Kinder von draußen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es ist also alles da, was man normal so braucht. Wenn ihr sonst noch fragen habt, einfach anrufen und nachfragen. Mir fällt sonst nichts mehr ein...
Bis zur U-Bahn sind es nur 2 Minuten. Es gibt 4 Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft und ein Fitnessstudio direkt gegenüber (selbst einen McDonalds... (: ) Zum Alex sind es nur 15 Minuten. Die U-Bahn fährt am Tag alle 5 Minuten, und fährt bis ca 01.00 Uhr und dann schon an 04.00 wieder.
Ich möchte die Wohnung heute oder morgen noch fest vermieten (also Vertrag und Kaution), da ich am Samstag wegfahre. Es ist mir wichtig, dass jemand die Wohnung nimmt, der auch wirklich auf sie achtet, da ich uns Stress ersparen möchte. Also einfach anrufen, vielleicht ist die Wohnung dann schon morgen "dein"...
