ich muss leider aus meiner hübschen 1-Zimmer-Wohnung ausziehen, weil ich fürs Studium von Berlin weggehe.
Die Wohnung hat:
-ein großes, helles Zimmer (20qm),
-ein Bad (saniert, Badewanne)
-eine Küche (Herd, Unterschrank, Spüle)
-Flur
-eigene Kellerzelle
-war eine Nichtraucherwohnung
-gepflegter Zustand
Die Wohnung befindet sich ganz oben in der letzten Etage (11.Etage). Dadurch hat man einen atemberaubende, weite Sicht bis zum Horizont.
Die Wohnung geht auch NICHT zur Straßenseite (also kein Straßenlärm!), sondern mit Blick ins Grüne. Man sieht direkt auf den Tierpark Berlin und auf das Schloss Friedrichsfelde. Und hinten am Horizont kann man die Müggelberge sehen. Der Ausblick ist wirklich unglaublich.

-nahe der "Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht" (2 Gehminuten, ideal für Studenten)
-4 min zur S-Bahn Friedrichsfelde Ost (S5,S7,S75)
-6 min zur U-Bahn Friedrichsfelde (U5)
