I'm renting out my beautiful studio apartment just in the middle of eastern Berlin. The place is on the 7th floor, so you have the best view on Berlin, and lovely neighbours with a vibrant community but who are also very considerate.
The place is fully furnished and has a large and very comfy 140cm double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a very cozy sofa & large TV. Internet for home office works perfectly. The place comes with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and washing machine. You will find everything you need here to just feel at home. The apartment has full floor heating and never gets cold.
You have the place entirely for yourself and can enjoy the view on Berghain from the large and sunny balcony.
The place is a non-smoking apartment. Please smoke on the balcony if you are a smoker.
The building is very new and has a lift, bike storage room and many parking spaces outside.
The apartment is very central, so you walk 3-5 min to Berlin Ostbahnhof with S-Bahn and Regio connections. At Ostbahnhof you'll find many supermarkets, some are even open on Sundays. The Kiez of Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain is very close so you can walk to Mustafas Kebab in a minute.
