Hey there :)
Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer Nachmieterin oder einem Nachmieter für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung, Einzug wäre ab dem 16.07., befristet auf 3 Monate.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Kreutzigerstr., in Friedrichshain (nähe Boxhagener Platz), super zentral an Cafés, Restaurants und sehr gut angebunden. Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und kostet 475€ warm (excl. Wlan). Ein besonderer Umstand der Wohnung ist, dass der Vermieter Montag und Donnerstag von 17:30 bis 20:30 in der Wohnung arbeitet, daher ist die Miete auch so günstig. Ist natürlich eine Einschränkung, ich selbst habe die Zeit genutzt um einzukaufen, mich mit Freunden zu verabreden usw.

I'm looking for someone to take over my 1-room apartment starting July 16th, the renting period is limited to 3 months. Registration is not possible.
The apartment is located in Kreutzigerstr. (Friedrichshain, close to Boxhagener Platz), close to restaurants, cafés, and a metro station. The rent is 475€ including utilities (except from Wifi). Special circumstances are that the landlord uses the apartment as his office space Mondays and Thursdays from 17:30 - 20:30, which is why the rent is so cheap. This is of course not optimal, but I always used to time to buy groceries, meet with friends, or go to the gym.
