Hi, I am making my much-loved apartment available for rent while I visit family. It gets plenty of light, is mostly quiet and has everything that one person could want. The living room is conducive to relaxing and/or working from home. The internet is solid. There is a separate bedroom, bathroom and kitchen all of which are compact but not cramped. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a juicer and rice cooker, also. The bathroom has a shower with excellent pressure and a washing machine. The windows look onto the courtyard and see plenty of green foliage.
Because the apartment sits in the Hinterhoff it is nice and calm. While outside you are in the heart of one of the most exciting and energised parts of the city. You have the choice of dozens of restaurants, shops, cafés and bars. Görlitzer Park is at the end of the block and two blocks beyond that is the canal where people like to stroll. The U Bahn is two blocks away and from here you have easy access to every other part of the city. The terrific Markethalle Neun is nearby also and there are farmer's/produce markets within strolling distance several times a week.
My books and records are here and you're welcome to use them. There will be plenty of drawer-space and hanger-space for your things. There is a great yoga school in the building, two floors beneath the apartment. I am looking for someone who is calm and mindful. No parties, whatsoever. Currently there is only a single bed so the apartment is only suitable for one.
