Hello,

I am renting my apartment from the first of September till the end of November, at the beginning of November I will be able to say if my work will extend and I will be able to rent it for way longer.
The apartment is super sunny with high ceilings and a small compact kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, and freezer. TV/consoles/Piano, perfect for international students/producers/musicians, and artistic individuals.
The location is Friedrichshain next to the river, in between clubs like berghain/about blank/else and 5/10 minutes by bike from Boxagenerplatz.
Cat/Dog allowed.
Suitable for couples.
I will provide a contract and you can do an amendment there for the period that you are staying.
The deposit is one and a one-and-a-half-month payment as I have had a bad experience with previous tenants. It will be returned on your moving-out date, you will have a written document on that.
If you can't provide a shufa you can pay the whole stay in advance, that again supported by contract for 3 months.
