🛒 Close to Grocery Store: The nearest grocery store for all your essentials is only a few minutes walk away. There is also a späti on the corner.
🚉 Near Public Transport: Getting around this bustling city is a breeze with public transport options close by. The M10 is a 5-min walk, and the Ubahn (Weberwiese, U5) is a 10-minute walk.
🤫 Peaceful Hood: Even though we're in the center of it all, this neighborhood is surprisingly quiet. It's your sanctuary after a day of city life. There are also children and families in my building, so I would need someone who is respectful and aware of the neighbors.
🚫 No Pets or Parties: Just a heads up, no pets or parties are allowed here. It's all about keeping things peaceful.
🏞️ Green Spaces Nearby: Need a breath of fresh air? There are parks and green spaces nearby for you to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. Volkspark Friedrichshain is within walking distance (10 mins or so).
