Hii! :) ich suche nach einem netten, verantwortungsvollen und sauberen Untermieter*in für meine gemütliche Wohnung in Friedrichshain. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines Mikro-Apartment Komplexes und ist ca.17m2. Nur für eine Person geeignet.
Alle Nebenkosten sind in der Warmmiete inbegriffen (auch Wlan). Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, ich würde alle meine Sachen wegräumen. Eine Kaution für die Wohnung von 300€ ist notwendig, wird aber am Ende der Untermiete vollständig zurückgezahlt (wenn keine Schaden vorliegen).
Es gibt ein Waschraum im Keller mit Waschmaschinen und Trockner (werden durch eine App separat bezahlt).
Es gibt Fahrradstellplätze im Innenhof zur Verfügung und ein Koch-Lounge im Erdgeschoss.

Hii! :) I'm looking for a nice, responsible and clean tenant for my cozy apartment in Friedrichshain. The apartment is located on the top floor of a micro-apartment complex and is approximately 17m2. Only suitable for one person.
All additional costs are included in the rent (including WiFi). The aüartment is fully furnished, I would store all my things away. A deposit of €300 is required, but will be fully refunded at the end of the sublet (if there is no damage).
There is a laundry room in the basement with washing machines and dryers (paid separately through an app).
There is bicycle parking available in the courtyard and a cooking-lounge on the ground floor.
Die Wohnung ist super gut verbunden, die Ubahn und Tram erreichst du in 5min und Sbahn in 10min zu Fuß. Eine Edeka ist auch 6min entfernt so wie einen Kaufland ein bisschen weiter. Boxhagener Platz liegt auch in der Nähe, mit verschiedenen Essen Möglichkeiten, Bars und Cafés.

The apartment is super well connected, you can reach the subway and tram in 5 minutes and the subway in 10 minutes on foot. An Edeka is also 6 minutes away and a Kaufland a little further. Boxhagener Platz is also nearby, with various dining options, bars and cafes.
Die Wohnung wird ab den 01. Dezember bis den 18. Januar 2024 frei. Insgesamt 7 Wochen. Es wäre super wenn dir genau diese Tagen für die Zwischenmiete passen würden (oder so nah wie möglich an die Tagen, wir können uns absprechen;)) Die Miete würde entsprechend angepasst.
Es gibt keine Anmeldung. Der Gesamtpreis für die 7 Wochen liegt bei €1,137. Kann auch nur für einen Monat untermietet werden.

The apartment will be available from December 1st to January 18th, 2024. 7 weeks in total. It would be great if you could sublet the apartment exactly these dates (or as close to these days as possible, we can reach an agreement ;)) The rent would be adjusted accordingly.
There is no registration available. The total amount for the 7 weeks is €1,137. Can also be subleted for one month.
