I'm looking for a Nachmieter for my furnished flat in Fhain (Libauer Straße). It's perfectly located between Boxi & Warschauer Straße while being quiet. It's 650 EUR cold at the moment, with me paying around 200-250 EUR for utilities. This will depend on your actual usage.
Positives:
- perfect location, seriously, close to M10, S-Bahn, M13, U5, etc.
- relatively quiet, though you do hear your neighbors every now and then (it's an Altbau)
- there's a fully fitted and nice kitchen as well as other furniture you can have at a fraction of its original price
- there's a cellar with more storage space
- dog/cat friendly (I've had neither, fyi
- it's a bargain at current market rates, unlimited contract
Negatives:
- it's fairly dark in the living room, so WFH for 5 days a week can be depressing
- it's an Altbau :)
Requirements:
- Willing to move in Around Feb 1st with a few days before/after
- Willing to take over my furniture, kitchen + large PAX wardrobe + couch are non-negotiables, rest we can discuss.
- You'll require all the necessary paperwork with the Vermieter, incl. a salary to afford this flat (e.g. 2.5k net+ realistically)
Please note: I can only RECOMMEND you as a Nachmieter and this is not a guarantee - but then: what in life is? As I received this flat the same way and there are legal grounds, I'm pretty optimistic.
Libauer Straße is located perfectly between Simon Dach Straße (50m) and RAW (50m). It's a 5 minute walk to M10, Warschauer Straße, the U-Bahn isn't far either and there's a M13 I believe like 30 meters from the house. Lots of great food and the house is quiet (other than the neighbours occasionally :))
