The small but charming one-room apartment is located in the quiet north of Friedrichshain on the border to Prenzlauer Berg. In the next area there are good restaurants and despite the tranquility it is a lively and diverse gravel.

The bright apartment on the ground floor is small but fine. There is a private entrance, own toilet small kitchenette, desk and everything else you need.

Shower and washing machine are located in the communal area in which my two children & I (45 years) live.

The apartment is only suitable for one person.

Die kleine aber charmante Einzimmer-Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Nordkiez von Friedrichshain an der Grenze zum Prenzlauer Berg. In der nächsten Umgebung gibt es gute Restaurants und es ist trotz der Ruhe ein lebendiger und diverser Kiez.

Die helle Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist klein aber fein. Es gibt einen eigenen Eingang, eigene Toilette kleine Küchenzeile, Schreibtisch und alles was man sonst so braucht.

Dusche und Waschmachine befinden sich im Gemeinschaftsbereich in dem meine zwei Kinder & ich (45 Jahre) leben.

Die Wohnung ist nur für eine Person geeignet.
