I would like to rent my beautiful apartment by the end of July for professional reasons.

The apartment is 36sqm, located in 4. Og in the side wing and has a balcony.
However, it appears even larger due to the high bed.

My high bed (without mattress) is rented under a small sofa bed, a temporary wardrobe, a dresser with mirror, a kitchen table + chairs, balcony chairs and small table.

What you need to bring is a fridge and a washing machine.

Since I have to go very quickly through the professional innovation, I will only offer visits today (17.5) and tomorrow.

Hallo liebe Menschen,

ich möchte aus beruflichen Gründen meine schöne Wohnung bis Ende Juli untervermieten.

Die Wohnung ist 36qm groß, liegt im 4. Og im Seitenflügel und hat einen Balkon.
Durch das Hochbett erscheint sie jedoch noch größer.

Mit untervermietet wird mein Hochbett (ohne Matratze) eine kleine schlafcouch, ein provisorischer Kleiderschrank, eine Kommode mit Spiegel, ein Küchentisch + Stühle , Balkonstühle und kleiner Tisch.

Was du mitbringen musst ist ein Kühlschrank und eine Waschmaschine.

Da bei mir , durch die berufliche Neuerung alles sehr schnell gehen muss, werde ich nur heute (17.5.) und morgen Besichtigungen anbieten.
