Helle, gemütliche Wohnung im beliebten Simon-Dach-Kiez in Friedrichshain!!!
Das Haus liegt zentral Simon-Dach-Str./Ecke Kopernikusstr. Da die Wohnung im HH liegt ist sie aber trotzdem sehr ruhig.
Preislich wäre es eine gute Alternative zum Youthhostel, wenn ihr zu zweit kommt. Die wohnung kostet 30Euro pro Tag, d.h. 15 Euro pro Kopf. Geht doch!
Außerdem verfügt ihr dann sogar über eure eigene Küche und könnt euch auch selber was kochen. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Matraze für 2 Personen und einer Klappcouch auch nochmal für 2 Personen.
In fussnähe gibt es einen Aldi, Rewe, Kaisers und Lidl. Das gastronomische Angebot ist erschlagend und Ihr könnt für 2,50 sehr guten Döner oder Pizza, für 3Euro Haloumi bis Falafel essen gehen.
Sbhf.7Ubhf. Warschauerstr. ist in unmittelbarer nähe (8min), die M10 ca 5min und die M13 fährt direkt vor der Tür.
