I have a great studio for sublet for July and August of this summer. Fully-furnished with table, chairs, TV, fridge, washer, and two twin beds. The flat is actually big enough for two people (there was a couple living here before me). Lots of storage space.
Big windows, lots of shade from trees outside (won´t get too hot in the summer), and it is literally a block away from Boxhagener Platz and a few minutes from Simon-Dach-Straße. This is a great area with lots of cafes, bars, and shopping - it will be a great place to hang out in the summer.
Metrotram is right around the corner, and the closest trains can be reached at Samariterstraße (U5) and Warschauer Straße (U1, S-Bahn).
Rent includes electricity, land phone line, and high-speed wireless internet. There is very good possibility the flat will be available on June 15. E-mail and we´ll discuss! (My German is not too great...)
