Lovely 1-room apartment to rent in Berlin- Friedrichshain

Hi there,
I´m renting my lovely 1- room apartment in Berlin- Friedrichshain from the 01/09/11 to the 01/11/11 for 500,00 Euro at all. The flat is full-furnished, has a landline and Internetflatrate, electricity, water and heating included.
It´s furnished with white furniture: a huge wardrobe, a big desk, a bookshelf which is separating the room into two parts (one for sleeping and living, the other one for working on the desk) and a green sofabed and a few chairs for guests and chilling out. In the kitchen is a little table and two chairs for a quick meal in a rush!
The building is very clean and tidy and the flat is located on the 4th floor in the backyard (very light because of the upper floor!). The neighbours are cool and relaxed and the location of the flat is fabulous. To the flat belongs a big cellar which is dry and clean.
It´s located in one of the best areas of Friedrichshain “The Samariterkiez” near the Volkspark Friedrichshain and the U- Bahnhof Samariterstraße (5 min walk), Frankfurter Allee and Storkower Straße (Circle Line 7 min walk) and Tram M 10 (also 7 min walk). You can reach the Simon- Dach- Kiez in a few minutes where you have all the lovely tiny bars, clubs and café´s to hang out.
I´m in London at the moment and there will be viewings possible on the 28/08/2011 and on the 29/08/2011 because I´m in Berlin these days. If you wanna see the flat earlier please contact me also via Mail and we can arrange a viewing with my lovely Swedish tenants who are willing to show you the flat before I´m coming back. Ich vermiete meine schöne 1-Zimmerwohnung zur Zwischenmiete vom 01.September 2011 bis 01. November 2011 für insgesamt 500,00€ (voll möbliert, Internet- und Telefonflatrate, Strom, Wasser, Heizkosten und voller Küchenausstattung).
Die Wohnung ist mit weißen Möbeln ausgestattet mit einem großen Kleiderschrank, einem großen Schreibtisch, einem Regal, der als Raumtrenner zwischen Schlaf-/ Wohn- und Arbeitsbereich funktioniert und einer gemütlichen Sofaecke mit Sesseln für Besuch. In der Küche ist ein Tisch angebracht, der ein- und ausklappbar ist und es gibt zwei Barhocker. Im Flur steht ein großes Schuhregal.
Das Wohnhaus ist ein gepflegtes Gebäude im Hinterhof, 4. OG (sehr hell) und nette Nachbarschaft, ein Keller ist vorhanden. Wohnung liegt im Samariterkiez in Friedrichshain, sehr zentral (U-Bhf Samariterstraße 5 min, S-Bhf Frankfurter Allee und S- Bhf Storkower Straße 10 min, Tram M10 7 min zu Fuß).
Ich bin derzeit noch in London und es werden Besichtigungen am 28.08./29.08. möglich sein, da ich an diesen Tagen in Berlin bin. Ansonsten sind meine fantastischen schwedischen Untermieter aber auch gern bereit euch die Wohnung eher zu zeigen. Kontaktiert mich einfach per Mail und wir vereinbaren alles Weitere!
