Die Wohnung ist im oben genannten Zeitraum frei, weil ich im Urlaub bin und ich würde sie gerne vermieten. Es ist alles da: Internet, Musikanlage, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Toilette und Dusche. Leider keine Waschmaschine, der nächste Waschsalon ist ca. 15min entfernt mit Füßen und Tram.
Man kommt zu Fuß schnell zur Ringbahn (5min) und zur Tram(7min) Richtung Warschauer Str (ca.10min) und Alexanderplatz (ca. 15min). Hier ist eine ruhige Wohngegend und man kann parken, aber es ist meistens ziemlich voll. Um die Ecke sind zwei Spätis, eine Pizzeria und ein Bäcker.
Ich möchte gerne am Sonntag, 21.Juli abfahren und am 4.August wieder zurückkommen. Die Wohnung übergebe ich sauber und ordentlich, so möchte ich sie auch gerne wieder haben.

The apartment is in the above mentioned period libre because I will be on vacation. Therefore I would like to rent it to you. There's all you need: internet, hifi, fridge, toaster, bathroom and shower. Unfortunately there is no washing machine and the next self-service laundry is about 15min away by foot and tram.
By foot you can reach the Ringbahn in about 5min and the Tram in 7min for the directions Warschauer Str (~10min) and Alexanderplatz (~15min). The apartment is located in a quite living area and you can park in the streets but it is often pretty packed. Around the corner there are two lateshops and there is also a pizzeria and a bakery.
I want to depart on 21st of July and return on 4th of August. You'll get the flat clean and tidy, the way I want it back.
