Ich habe eine wunderschöne und großzügige 1-Raumwohnung in den historischen und denkmalgeschützten Stalinbauten in Friedrichshain für 2 Monate vom 21.10.2019 bis 23.12.2019 zu bieten.
Die vollständig möblierte Wohnung befindet sich in der 3. Etage und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Dazu gehören u.a. Kühlschrank, Gasherd, Backofen,Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Wannenbad mit Fenster, TV, Wlan, Festnetztelefon (Flatrate), Bett (140 x 200cm), großer Kleiderschrank und ein aufklappbarer Schlafsessel für Gäste…
 
Durch die 5 großen Fenster ist die 42qm große Eck-Wohnung auch im tristen Winter stets mit Tageslicht versorgt. Aus 2 Fenstern blickt man ins Grüne. 

Haustiere müssen leider draußen bleiben. 

Diese Wohnung in bevorzugter Lage gibt es für monatlich 600,- warm. Eine Kaution von 600,- ist zu entrichten.

I have a beautiful, spacious 1-room apartment available in one of the historic and sturdy Stalin-buildings in Friedrichshains for 2 months from the 21st of October 2019 til 23 December 2019. The apartment is on the third floor and is completely furnished with everything you wish for. Fridge, washing machine, bath, oven, queen-sized bed, big closet, HD-TV, extra bed for guests and a working desk.

The apartment is well lit with 5 big windows, but still gives lot of privacy. Furthermore, it has a green view and a quiet atmosphere, except for a few ambulances passing by.

Also, it is a 10 minutes walk to Warschauerstraße if you wish to sniff some culture, and if you take the Ubahn, you are at Alexander Platz in 8 minutes!

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
