THE APARTMENT:
The place is fully equiped and furnished, has bath a bathtub/shower, internet, all you need.
It a perfect place for a couple.

on in the house.This is a pretty active house, where people
know each other, and have dinners together etc.

The space is in renovation right now, so new pictures will follow.
TRANSPORT:
S-Bahn (commuter railroad), subway and the tram ( streetcar ) all are just one block away .
THE HOUSE AND SURROUNDING:
The house is supposed to be familily friendly and rather quiet.
It`s a prewar high-ceiling gem, that will be renovated gradualy.
It has wa wodden base-strukture
The house is located in a dead-end street which even allows ball-playing and BBQs right outside the house. There a tram running right on the corner. There's a subway ( U6)just one block away and the S-Bahn ( Frankfurter Tor) two blocks away. There's a park (Traveplatz) just down the street, where you can hang in the sun or play Ping-Pong (4 tables) , basketball, soccer (in extra fields) or whatever. There are 5 major grocery chains (LIDL, ALDI, KAISERS,EDEKA & REAL) in walking distance , plus a BIO stores as well. There even a lake ( Rummelsburger Bucht) not too far.
Traveplatz is just down the street. , a small park, just a block down, where you can hang in the sun, or play pingpong (4 tables) soccer , basketball and else. "Rummelburger Bucht" , a creek of the Spree River, is also close , if you want to see more water or go for a run in the morning. Looking like this:
