The flat has an insurance.
The building is secured: 2 main doors locked to enter and one main door before accessing the flat.
There's a bike parking space inside which is awesome. NO ILLEGAL DOWNLOAD OR EVEN STREAMING.
I give you the deposit back, as soon as I check the flat at the end of the rental period.
Please note that it is a legal sub-renting, so you will get a contract and I will have to send a copy of your ID to the landlord. "ANMELDUNG" possible.
If you can provide an attestation of your previous landlord, it's a plus.
Please contact us directly with a short personal description (How many people? age - activities - smokers or non-smokers / pets or none).
The visits will take place until this weekend.

- Supermarkets - Real, Kaiser or Kaufland
- Berlin library with free Internet access
With M10 (3mins from flat) you reach in 10 mins the East Side Gallery to visit the Berlin Wall
With M6 & 5 (7 mins from flat) you reach Alexanderplatz in 10 minutes
With U5 (10mins from flat) you reach Alexanderplatz in 5min. This subway works 24h from Thursday to Sunday night.
Ring S-Bahn (10 mins from flat) enables you to turn around the whole city

Friedrichshain est un quartier jeune, animé et aux prix abordables. A proximité de l'appartement il y a le parc Volkspark très agréable pour faire du sport, un pick-nic ou même un barbecue. Dans la rue adjacente il y a un restaurant vietnamien, un café-restaurant, une boulangerie (bonne!), un marchand de glace, un restaurant indien et un restaurant italien.
Plusieurs supermarchés, ouverts 6j/7 jusqu'à 23h30 maxi, sont à moins de 10 minutes.
On est à la frontière avec Prenzlauer Berg, quartier très en vogue aussi.
On est à 15 minutes en transport de Mitte et de Alexanderplatz ou encore de East Side Gallery, pour voir les restes du mur de Berlin et donc Kreuzberg, le quartier alternatif et artistique de Berlin.
On est idéalement situé avec un arrêt de tram à 3 minutes (M10 qui directement mène au métro U5, à East Side Gallery et au métro U1 pour rejoindre Kurfürstendam-quartier en vogue de l'Ouest de la ville).
Du jeudi au dimanche soir le M10 et le U5 circulent non stop. Un autre arrêt de tram est à 7 minutes à pied (M6, M5, M8). Ces trams mènent directement à Alexanderplatz et Hackesher Markt.
On est à 10 minutes du Ring-Bahn, dont les trains permettent de rejoindre les 4 points cardinaux de la ville. A la station Landsberger Allee (10 min de l'appart), on prend le S9 qui mène directement à l'aéroport Schönefeld en 40 minutes.
Man kann BBQ benutzt.
Um Wifi Code zu bekommen brauche ich nur eine ausgefüllte Bescheinigung, die gegen illegale Download oder Peer-to-peer verbietet.
Es gibt ein Fahrrad-parking im Hinterhof.
Rauchen in der Wohnung oder Gebäude ist verboten. Man kann im Hinterhof rauchen.
Ich mag gern Tiere, aber ich kann sie leider nicht akzeptieren.
Ich spreche auch gerne Englisch und Französisch.

- If you loose the key, it will be taken from the deposit.
- Illegal DOWNLOADS, PEER-TO-PEER OR EVEN STREAMING ARE NOT ALLOWED AT ALL
- Before giving you wifi code you will have to sign an attestation to declare that you are not going to do illegal downloads, peer-to-peer or streaming.
