Da ich schon umgezogen bin, die Wohnung aber bis Ende Februar bezahlen muss, suche ich einen Nachmieter ab sofort.
Es handelt sich um einen sanierten Altbau, hohen Decken und Zentralheizung. Die Fenster gehen zum Hinterhof raus, daher ist es sehr schön ruhig, trotzdem ist es nur wenige Gehminuten von Ostkreuz oder Sonntagstraße, Frankfurter Allee entfernt.
Miete: 400 Euro/Monat all inclusive. Internet und Strom müssen extra gezahlt werden.
Die Wohnung ist teilmöbeliert. Ein Holzhochbett (selbstgebaut) mit Matratze, Kühlschrank und Schreibtisch befinden sich in der Wohnung. Dafür möchte ich einen ABSTAND VON 400 € haben.
Der Mietvertrag soll langfristig übernommen werden, es ist daher wichtig, dass du jetzt schon ALLE UNTERLAGEN zusammen hast und KEINE UNTERMIETE anstrebst. Bitte meldet euch nur, wenn das der Fall ist.
BESICHTIGUNGSTERMIN ist heute, 19.11. um 20Uhr. Bei Zustimmung des Vermieters ist sofortiger Einzug möglich. Bei Interesse bitte per Mail mit Angaben zur Person melden!
