Helle 1 Zimmerwohnung Friedrichshain

Hallo Ihr,

ich vermiete meine gemütliche 1 Zimmerwohnung, (zur zwischenmiete) welche sich zwischen dem Frankfurter Tor und dem Friedrichshainer Volkspark befindet.
Die Wohnung ist, wie an den Bildern zu erkennen sehr simpel ausgestattet.
Der Wohnraum mit Dielboden ausgestattet. Die Küche hat eine Art pvc Boden, oder ist tatsächlich pvc.
Die Nachbarschaft hier ist extrem harmonisch ( Vorderhaus Familien, Seitenflügel Studenten & Berufsanfänger, Hinterhaus einige Wg's)
In meinem Haus befinden sich ausschließlich 1 zw's, die Leute sind alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit, solltest du Hilfe oder Rat brauchen.
Dementsprechend suche ich auch jmd Nettes für die Zwischenmiete :)
Der Mietzeitraum kann durchaus nach Vorne oder hinten etwas angepasst werden.
Frag mich bei Bedarf einfach . Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhof, man hört also absolut nichts vom Strassenlärm, oder ähnliches.

Hi all,

I'm subletting my quiet and bright 1-bedroom apartment Berlin-Friedrichshain for about 2,3 month
(this is negotiable)

The apartment is located in the north of Fhain, between Frankfurter Tor and Friedrichshain Volkspark.
As you can see in the pictures, the place is furnished in a very simple manner. The mainroom has a nice warm plank floor. The neighbohood is very very friendly and helpful, truly a gift in a city like Berlin.
In the front house you have rather families, in the back building, students, ppl whom just startet working, some shared flats and younger couples, no Hipsters ^^ I know all the ppl in the building you will be living in my building (all 1 bedroom apartments) all of them are kind and helpful if you're in need of something. Sharing is caring, right :-)

The apartment is located in the back yard, so no street noise at all.

Close to the apartment you have everything you need.
A very good Neapolitan Pizza place, one of the best burger restaurants in Berlin ( rembrandt Burger) all the supermarkets (Kaisers, REWE, Edeka, Denn's) and some smaller family run organic stores.

As mentioned earlier, the renting dates are more narations and up for negotiation.
