Hi, I offer a bright beautiful Single Apt. in one of Berlin's most popular and creative neighborhoods. You'll be steps away from dozens of bars, cafes, and my favorite weekend market. The subway, S-Bahn and Trams are only five minutes by foot!

The apt is in a quiet location in one of Berlin's most popular areas. This is all 5 minutes by walking away: The Subway, Tram, Bus, Rewe, Lidl, Späti, Bio Company, Edeka, Denns. NO couples, only one person. No smoking, no parties in my apt, no pets. Only to rent for the whole period or longer.

ich bin ein paar Tage nicht in Berlin und habe ein Single-Apartment direkt im beliebtesten Kiez und nahe dem Alexanderplatz zu vergeben. Ich stelle ein vollmöbliertes Zimmer (50 qm) mit massenhaft Büchern zur Benutzung, großem Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Regalen, Küche zum Kochen, Waschmaschine usw.

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet viel Stauraum. Sie ist hell und ruhig im Hinterhaus gelegen. Wenn sich das für Euch gut anhört, schreibt mir eine Mail. Bitte nur melden, wenn Du die gesamte Zeit mieten willst oder länger. Nichtraucher, KEINE Paare, keine Parties im Apt oder Haustiere.
