Da ich vom 3.9.-17.9. im Urlaub bin, würde ich gerne meine Wohnung für diese Zeit zwischenvermieten.
Die voll möblierte 1-Zi.-Whg. liegt in einem ruhigen Teil Friedrichshains, in nur 15 Gehminuten sind jedoch das Simon-Dach-Kiez und die Warschauer Str. zu erreichen. Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne und Waschmaschine, die selbstverständlich benutzt werden kann, die Küchenzeile über einen Herd mit Backofen und einen Kühlschrank. Der Preis ist für 2 Wochen, inkl. Internet. Kaution: 150€.
Die Infrastruktur ist ausgezeichnet: In der Nähe gibt es eine Vielzahl von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Rewe, Penny, Kaufland, Edeka, Denns, Rossmann). Auch die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut: S-Bahn Storkower Str. (8 Gehmin.), Tram M10 (Bersarinplatz), 21.
Achtung: normalerweise wohne ich hier mit meinem Hund, weshalb die Wohnung für AllergikerInnen nicht geeignet ist.

Due to my vacation (Sept. 3rd-17th) I would like to sublet my fully furnished single apartment in a quiet area in Friedrichshain. The interesting and exciting area Simon-Dach-Kitz as well as the Warschauer Str. are situated within a walking distance (15 mins aprox.). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine at your disposition. The kitchen unit is equipped with a stove with an oven and a refrigerator. The price is for 2 weeks, including Wifi. Rental diposit: 150€
The area's infrastructure is excellent. There are numerous supermarkets (Lidl, Rewe, Penny, Kaufland, Edeka, Denns, Rossmann) and public transport is nearby (S-Bahn Storkower Str., tramways M10 (Bersarinplatz) and 21)
Attention: Normally, I share the apartment with my dog, so it is not suited for persons suffering an allergy.
