Hallöchen!
Da ich ein Auslandspraktikum mache biete ich meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung für 2 Wochen zu Zwischenmiete an.
Sie ist komplett eingerichtet mit WaMa, Wannenbad, kompletter Kücheneinrichtung außer SpüMa, einem 1,40 breitem Bett, ... und das Allerbeste - einem riesigen Südbalkon mit Ausblick auf den Fernsehturm, Sesseln und Liegepodest :)
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Neubau im 10. Stock (Fahrstuhl) im ruhigen aber sehr zentalem Dreieck zwischen Warschauer Straße, Ostbahnof und Weberwiese, alle 3 Bahnhöfe sind in ca. 5min Laufzeit zu erreichen.
In unmittelbarer Nähe finden sich Supermärkte aller Art, vom veganen Supermarkt über Kaisers, Penny bis Aldi alles in 5min Laufdistanz (manche davon haben bis Mitternacht auf). Es gibt ein paar Parks, die Spree ist 10min entfernt (East Side Gallery), Berghain, Yaam, Simon Dach Kiez - alles in Laufdistanz.
Was mir wichtig ist: bitte haltet euch an die Hausregeln, vor Allem die Ruhezeiten. Hier wohnen hauptsächlich Senioren und Seniorinnen und die habens immer etwas mit der Lautstärke. Dazu gehört: bitte nicht das Klavier spielen, und wenns sein muss außerhalb der Ruhezeiten ;-)
Auch wichtig: Meine Pflanzen brauchen regelmäßig Wasser und ein Auge drauf ob die Sonne vielleicht ein wenig zu stark ist - es wäre schön wenn du also gießen könntest :)

Hey, I am subletting my 1-Room-apartment for 2 weeks.
It is fully equipped: a bathroom with washing machine, bathtub etc, a fully equipped kitchen, a big bed and a lovely huge balcony facing the south, meaning a lot of sun (if there is any)!
It is situated on the tenth floor of a housing complext, just between Warschauer Straße, Ostbahnhof and Weberwiese. It is a quiet but very cental area. To walk to either of these stations or any of the apprx. 5 supermarkets in the area you need about 5 minutes. Also clubbing, the east side gallery (spree river) and the bar area is in short walking distance.
I am looking for quiet people that respect the quiet times of this house, because most of the neighbors are seniors and get a bit annoyed easily...
I am also looking for a person that is willing to take care of my plants during that time, water them and have an eye on them if the sun gets too hot ;-)
