Da ich für drei Monate wegen meines Auslandspraktikums nicht in Berlin sein werde, suche ich einen Zwischenmieter für meine 1-Zimmer Altbauwohnung. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert mit zwei Regalen, einer Kommodem, einem (Schreib-)tisch und einem Kleiderschrank. Eine Matratze ist auch vorhanden (anstatt Bett). Im Zimmer befindet sich eine Küchenzeile die voll ausgestattet ist mit Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle etc. sowie ein Herd mit Backofen.
Trotz Erdgeschoss ist die Wohnung durch drei grosse Fenster sehr hell.
Das Bad befindet sich in einem extra Raum und ist mit Dusche/WC/Waschbecken ausgestattet. Leider hat die Wohung keine Waschmaschine, allerdings befindet sich ein Waschsalon ca 7 min zu Fuß von der Wohnung.

Since I will not be in Berlin from March to the end of May due to an internship, I am looking to sublet my studio apartment. It is a nice, one-room apartment in an old building on the ground floor. The apartment is fully furnished (2 shelves, one drawer, closet, desk and a mattress instead of a bed)
The kitchen is also located in the room and is fully equipped with a stove + oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave etc.
The bathroom has a shower. As I unfortunately do not have a washing machine you will have to go to the laundromat, which is just a 7 minute walk from the apartment.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Simon-Dach Strasse in Friedrichshain. Cafés, Bars und Restaurants sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Kaisers ca 10 min zu Fuß oder etwas günstiger Netto ca 15min. Zur Tram M10 sind es ca 8 min zu Fuß, die U5 Frankfurter Tor ist auch nur 10 min entfernt. Zum Boxhagener Platz sind es auch nur ca 5min.

The apartment is located in Friedrichshain, Simon Dach Strasse. Cafés, restaurants and bars are right down the street. The supermarket "Kaisers" is just a 10min walk away, and for a cheaper option there is "Netto" 15 mins away. Tram M10 to warschauer strasse, tram stop "Grünberger/Warschauer Str" is about a 8 mins walk away, Subway u 5 "Frankfurther Tor" about 10 mins. "Boxhagener Platz" is also just a 5 min walk away.
