Hello,
I'm renting out my cosy studio flat between 20th and 30th of October. The price for the whole period is 200EUR.
Located in the Samariter Kiez in Friedrichshain, 5 minutes from u5 and the ring, tram stop on the doorstep. Million bars, cafes and restaurants in the area and loads of clubs within 15-20 minutes walk. Lidl, rewe, Bauhaus (not that you'll need it) and Getränkmarkt are 3 minutes away.
The flat itself has 1 big room (over 20sq), small kitchen, hallway and bathroom.
I'm looking for someone who's relatively responsible and respectful to the neighbours. You can of course have people over but please don't turn the flat into bh :)
