Es handelt sich hier um eine kleine 1 Zimmer Wohnung in der Nähe des S Bahnhofs Lichtenberg. Sie dient optimal für Studenten oder Auszubildende, welche in keiner großen WG leben wollen. Ausgestattet ist diese mit einem 90x200cm Bett, einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und einer kleinen Küchenzeile auf der man das nötigste kochen kann.
Die Straße ist relativ ruhig. Ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt befinden sich zahlreiche Trams ( Landsberger Allee) und der Bahnhof Landsberger Allee ist auch nun unweit entfernt. Man kommt also schnell wohin man auch immer will. Es gibt ein paar kleine Einkaufmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, aber für alles weitere muss man ein wenig weiter in die Stadt fahren.
Die Wohnung ist wirklich klein und hat auch nur ein kleines Bad mit WC und Dusche. Eine Wachmaschine gibt es nicht und Internet ist prinzipiell möglich, ist jetzt allerdings noch nicht vorhanden. Die Dielen lassen die Wohnung sehr gemütlich wirken und mit ein wenig Dekoration kann diese richtig schön sein.
