It is located in an popular area. Bars, clubs, restaurants, cafés are just 2 minutes away. But the street where you will stay is calm and quiet. Also the Apartment faces to the backyard. Thats why you can here more birds than cars. It is possible to sleep with open windows at night ;)
In the flat you can find and use almost everything what you need.
- train station U5 2 minutes walking
- S Ringbahn 10 minutes walking or one stop with U5
- close Stations: are S+U Warschauer Straße and S Ostkreuz
- you need 7 min to Alexanderplatz by train U5
- supermarkets also 2 minutes
- Spätis 30 seconds ;)
- the river 'Spree' and Parks are not far away.
I am living in this apartment and would like to rent it meanwhile I am travelling. I'm looking for quiet and responsible person or maximum 2 person.
No partys and loud musik aloud. No smoking inside the apartment and no pats, please :)
