comfy flat in popular district over x-mas and new yearsadadad

hello there !

i am leaving for vacation and you can live in my flat meanwhile. you can also stay shorter but minimum is a week.
that flat is for max. 2 people and i do prefer a girl or a quiet couple.i made bad experiences with 2 guys so please dont even bother to ask.i also wouldnt take just one guy.
please write me an e-mail first letting me know how many you are,
how old you are and from when exactly untill when you need the flat !!

the price given is for one month . you can stay any period in between but we must meet before i leave.
before you move in i suggest we meet at my place to get to know each other and so you can have a look at everything.

fast internet-connection with cable as well as Wlan...!!
i am renting my whole apartment , which is fully furnished of course.
in the bathroom there is even a nice bathtube and a speaker so enjoy the relaxiation.
the kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, an oven , stove and a microwave.
in the huge livingroom there is a queensize bed, old wooden furniture, a stereo, a sofa,etc... its a bit dark though.

people say it looks way better than on the pictures : )

It is perfectly located and you can get there with different means of transportation : either by the Ring-bahn (get out at "storkower stasse" ,up the stairs ,turns right and then straight on), the U-5 ("Samariterstrasse" which is about 3 minutes away and the metro 10 ("Bersarinplatz")
also 4 min away there is the famous simon dach strasse with lot of bars and restaurants.
around the corner there are lots of supermarkets..

Ps. i have also 1 other matress, so max 2 people can stay there comfortably. please no parties or whatsoever.
but of course i will charge a bit more in that case..
