My small but cozy 1-room studio flat is available from the start of August for 6 months, but could possibly be extended up to a year or two.
Not really suitable for two persons (there's not enough space to comfortably place a second bed and still be able to walk around). Perfect for people who find living with flatmates in WGs too stressful.
One major problem with this flat is that there is no washing machine and no space to install one either). You will have to wash your clothes at a laundry cafe that is within biking distance, but unfortunately not within walking distance. There's also another waschsalon that is reachable by tram (about 5 stops in one direction).

Very well-connected area at the border of F-hain and P-berg. Only a 10-minute bike/strassenbahn ride to Alexanerplatz or to Kreuzberg. And a 5-minute walk to the Ringbahn. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. This is the quiet northern part of F-hain but it's just a short bike ride to the Boxhagener area.
Please note that if you have too much stuff with you, there might not be enough space to store it in the flat because it is only 20 sq.m. with no attic or basement. I will have to store some boxes and suitcases with my things here while I'm gone, but don't worry, they will be stored on top of the cupboards & wardrobe and stacked all the way up towards the ceiling, way above your head, so they won't bother you unless you look up.
