I am renting out my beloved apartment from the1st of October Till the 23rd November 2020.
The flat is located in the liveliest hood of East Berlin, 2min from Simon-Dach-Str., Boxhagener Platz and the RAW Area, where you find everything from bars, clothing shops, secondhand shops and flea markets.
Same for the most popular Nightclubs (Berghain, Kater Blau) and the most famose sights (Oberbaumbrücke, East Side Gallery, etc.).
Tram, U&S-Bahn and all kinds of supermarkets are 5min walk away as well.
Despite of the area, the flat is quiet and calm, where you can recharge your batteries easily.
The neighbors on my level are all my friends so whatever you need it will be taken care of :)
I am looking for responsible and nice people to live here, who care my place and neighborhood as much as I do.
